Questions about the calculator
How does the calculator get to these amounts?
It adds up meat per person according to the duration. Up to 2 h: 300 g per man, 250 g per woman and 150 g per child. 2 to 4 h: 400 g, 300 g and 200 g. Over 4 h: 550 g, 400 g and 250 g. Then it splits the total among the cuts of the chosen style, in 0.5 kg portions.
Is the price shown the final price?
No. It is an approximate value, using the site’s current prices. The final weight is checked on the scale, and the shop confirms the amount with you via WhatsApp.
Can I swap cuts or change amounts?
Yes. Under "Adjust cuts" you can swap each cut for another of the same kind. After adding to your order, you can increase, decrease or remove each item in the order panel.
How are charcoal and sides calculated?
Charcoal: about 1 kg per kg of meat, in 3 kg and 10 kg bags. Barbecue salt: 1 for every 15 people. Garlic bread: 1 for every 2 adults. Farofa: 1 for every 10 people. You can untick anything you don’t want.
